How do I get an invoice for my payment?

In short
  • There is no invoice download in AutoTrader Web. The account screens list payments and wallet entries, not invoices, and there is no download icon.
  • Ask our support team for it. Message us on WhatsApp +91 92844 55924 or write to help@stocksdeveloper.in, and we will prepare the invoice for you.
  • Tell us which payment. Give your registered email, the payment date and the amount.

Can I download an invoice in AutoTrader Web?

No. AutoTrader Web does not have an invoice download.

Your account screens show your payments and your wallet entries (money added, and money used for a licence or a static IP). They do not show invoices, and there is no invoice or download icon next to a payment.

How do I get an invoice?

Ask our support team. We prepare the invoice for you by hand.

  1. Message us on WhatsApp +91 92844 55924, or write to help@stocksdeveloper.in.
  2. Say that you need an invoice, and for which payment.

What should I include?

So we can find the right payment quickly, include:

  • the email address you use to log in to AutoTrader Web
  • the date of the payment
  • the amount you paid
