Choice: Either your Phone Number or API Key is wrong
In short
This error means the Phone Number or the API Key saved for your Choice account is wrong. Open the account, correct both values, then validate and save.
When this happens
- 1 The phone number saved for the Choice account is wrong.
- 2 The API key saved for the Choice account is wrong.
How to fix it
- Go to the menu (Accounts -> Trading Accounts).
- Click the small EDIT icon next to your Choice account’s client id or login id.
- Check and correct your Phone Number and API Key. Make sure they match exactly what Choice gave you.
- Click Validate & Save.
Note: The phone number and API key belong to your own Choice account, so enter your account’s own values.
