This is a known limitation on the Profitmart side. AutoTrader Web shows this error each time it sends a modify-order request to Profitmart. To work around it, cancel the order and place a new one with your changes. For a permanent fix, raise a request with Profitmart support.
Why this happens
When AutoTrader Web sends a modify-order request to Profitmart, Profitmart returns this error. The problem is on the broker side, not in AutoTrader Web.
We have contacted their support team many times, but did not get a useful response.
How to fix it
- Cancel your order and place a new one with the change you want.
- For a permanent fix, raise a request with Profitmart support. We are happy to share all details of the internal HTTP request and response, plus anything else they need from us.
