What this error means

AliceBlue’s system has some additional checks for trigger price which are not present on other brokers. When those checks fail, you get this error message.

The rejection is generated by AliceBlue, so only AliceBlue can give you the valid reason behind it.

How to fix it

  1. Place exactly the same order directly through AliceBlue’s online trading platform, ANT.
  2. Most likely you will see the same error there too. This confirms the check is coming from AliceBlue.
  3. If you still need an explanation, send the order details along with the error message to AliceBlue’s help desk and ask them why the trigger price was rejected.
