Invalid Totp

Your broker’s server gives this error when the TOTP generated by AutoTrader Web is incorrect. Primarily, one of the following can cause this:

1. The TOTP Key entered by the user while adding account in AutoTrader Web is incorrect
   1. Note: TOTP Key is used for generating TOTP.
2. Your broker’s server is not following accurate standard internet time

Solution

1. Make sure your TOTP Key is correct by going to menu (Settings -> Trading Accounts) & editing your trading account.
2. If your TOTP Key is correct, then please report this problem to us.
