Could not recharge account
In short
You see this error when your trading account's licence has expired and your account balance is too low to renew it. To fix it, add money to your account so the licence can recharge. If you no longer use that trading account, mark it non-live instead.
What this error means
The licence for your trading account has expired. The system tried to recharge it, but there was not enough balance in your account to complete the recharge.
How to fix it
You have two options:
- Add balance. Add money to your system wallet so the recharge can go through. See the pricing and recharge process for details.
- Stop using the account. If you do not want to use this trading account, mark it non-live. Go to the menu Accounts -> Trading Accounts, select the account and click Non-live.
