This error has been observed on Finvasia. The cause is that Finvasia has moved your account to the new Shoonya Beta platform.
We are working on adding support to Shoonya Beta platform. Once the support is ready, you can change the trading platform to SHOONYA_BETA on our AutoTrader Web.
So first check if trading platform SHOONYA_BETA is available on AutoTrader Web. If available, use it.
If it is not available, then contact Finvasia customer care and ask them to rollback your account FROM Shoonya Beta TO the existing Shoonya platform.
