This error means your stock broker has suspended or blocked the trading account. It comes from the broker, not from our platform. To fix it, contact your broker's customer care and ask them to reactivate the account.
What this error means
The “Client is Suspended” error shows that the trading account you are using has been suspended or blocked by your stock broker.
Some brokers word this differently. For example, Finvasia (Shoonya) may show “User is Blocked for Trading”. The meaning is the same: the broker has blocked the account. This is usually due to pending dues or a negative balance, an incomplete KYC or compliance step, or a security lock after repeated failed login attempts.
How to confirm it
Log in to your stock broker’s trading platform and try to place an order. You should get a similar error there. This confirms that the block is on the broker’s side.
