You see this error when you try to use AutoTrader Web between midnight and 7:30 am. We keep operations offline during this window because many brokers run overnight reset jobs and block logins at night. Place your orders before midnight or after 7:30 am.
Why this happens
Most broker trading systems run overnight reset jobs during the night. Some brokers also do not allow logins during this time.
To avoid errors from these broker-side resets, we stop all operations during the night window.
When the error appears
You get this error if you try to use AutoTrader Web from midnight to 7:30 am.
Solution
Place your orders before midnight or after 7:30 am.
Once the offline window ends at 7:30 am, AutoTrader Web works as normal.
