SD-ERR-110: License expired. Auto-recharge is turned off
You get SD-ERR-110 when your broker account licence has expired and auto-recharge is turned off, so the system did not renew it on its own. To fix it, make sure your wallet has balance, then go to Accounts -> Trading Accounts, click the expired account's row, and click Recharge.
When this happens
- 1 The licence for your broker account has expired.
- 2 Auto-recharge is turned off, so the system did not renew the licence automatically.
- 3 Your wallet balance may be too low to recharge the account.
What this error means
Your broker account licence has expired, and your auto-recharge setting is off. Because auto-recharge is off, the system did not renew the licence on its own, so the account stopped working.
How to fix it
- Check your wallet balance. If it is empty, add money first. See the pricing and recharge process for details.
- Go to the menu (Accounts -> Trading Accounts).
- Select the expired account by clicking anywhere on its row.
- Click the Recharge button and complete the recharge.
After the recharge is done, your account licence is renewed and the account works again.
Recharging an account that still has days left
You do not lose your remaining days if you recharge early. If you manually recharge an account that still has valid licence days left, the system adds 1 month on top of the days you already have. So your remaining days are not wasted.
About auto-recharge
Auto-recharge decides whether the system renews an expired licence on its own:
- On — the system recharges the account automatically (as long as your wallet has balance). The recharge does not happen on the expiry date itself. It happens the first time you use the account after it expires.
- Off — you recharge each account manually, using the steps above.
Example: Say an account expires tomorrow, but you do not log in and the account is not used. If you log in and use it one week later, the auto-recharge happens at that point (after one week), not on the expiry date.
You can turn auto-recharge on or off from the menu (Settings -> General). This setting is at the user level, so it applies to all broker accounts under your user, not just one account.
If you would rather not recharge by hand each time, turn auto-recharge on so future renewals happen on their own.
