In short

The "No live accounts found" error means the system has no usable live trading account to act on. It happens for one of three reasons: you have not added a trading account yet, all your accounts are marked non-live, or a live account's license has expired and there is no balance to recharge it. Pick the matching cause below and follow the fix.

When this happens

  1. 1 You have not added any trading account yet.
  2. 2 All of your trading accounts are marked non-live.
  3. 3 A live account's license has expired and there is no balance to recharge it.

What this error means

This error happens when the system cannot find any live trading account to use. It usually comes from one of three causes.

Cause 1: No trading account added

You have not added any trading account in the system.

Solution: Go to menu Accounts -> Trading Accounts and add your trading accounts.

Cause 2: All accounts marked non-live

You have marked all of your trading accounts as non-live.

Solution: Go to menu Accounts -> Trading Accounts, select at least one account and click Live. See Trading Accounts for details.

Cause 3: License expired with no balance

Your live accounts have their license expired, and there is insufficient balance in your account to make the recharge.

Solution: Take a look at the pricing and recharge your account.
