Can I transfer my recharge or licence days to another account?

In short

Usually no. A recharge, and the licence days it buys, belong to the broker account it was made for, and you cannot move them to a different account yourself. We do not reallocate leftover or extra days between accounts on request. There is one exception: if you recharged the wrong account by mistake, contact us and we can help move those days to another account of your choice. Apart from a genuine mistaken recharge, the days stay with their account — to run a different account, you recharge that account separately. (Moving the whole broker account to another user is different, and the account keeps its remaining days.)

Short answer

Why

Each broker account has its own licence. When you recharge, the days are added to that specific account. So leftover or extra days on one account cannot simply be shifted to another account — for example, you cannot take spare days from one client’s account and give them to another client. To run a different account, you recharge that account separately.

Common situations

  • I have extra or leftover days on one account and want to give them to another account (or another client). Not possible on request. The days stay with the account they were recharged for; recharge the other account separately.
  • I recharged the wrong account by mistake. This is the exception. Contact us with the details and we can help move those days to another account of your choice.
  • I recharged on a friend’s (or another) account and now want to use my own. If it was a genuine mistake, contact us. Otherwise the days stay with that account, and you add money to your wallet and recharge your own account.
  • I want to move my account to my own login, not start over. That is different and it is possible — you can move the whole broker account to another user, and the account keeps its remaining licence days. See Move broker accounts between users.
