XTS: Algo details not found for segment
This order rejection comes from your XTS broker, not from us. It means algo (API) trading is not enabled for that market segment on your API app. Your broker or dealer has to enable algo trading for the segment. Contact your broker, ask them to enable it for the segment you want to trade, and then place the order again. We cannot enable it from our side.
When this happens
- 1 Algo (API) trading is not enabled for that market segment on your XTS API app. This is a setting your broker or dealer controls.
What this error means
The order was rejected by your XTS broker because algo (API) trading is not enabled for that market segment on your API app. Different segments (for example the futures and options segment) are enabled separately.
This is a setting on the broker side, not on our system.
How to fix it
- Contact your XTS broker or dealer (their API / developer support).
- Ask them to enable algo trading for the market segment you want to trade on your API app.
- Once they confirm it is enabled, place the order again in AutoTrader Web.
Note: We cannot enable algo trading on your API app. Only your broker can do it.
