This happens when the trading account credentials (login id, password, security/2fa answer or api key etc.) entered by user in AutoTrader Web are wrong.
Solution
- Mark your trading account non-live
- Go to menu (Settings -> Trading Account)
 - Select the row of your a/c
 - Click Non-live button at the top
 
 - If your trading account is blocked, then first unblock it from your stock broker’s trading terminal/website
 - Make sure you’re able to login to your stock broker’s trading terminal/website
 - Update your credentials
- Go to menu (Settings -> Trading Account)
 - Click on the login id of your trading account to go to Edit mode
 - Enter/correct your login credentials
 - Note: If you are not sure about certain fields, then click on the Help link which you can find on the bottom of the account edit screen.
 - Click Validate
 - On successful validation, system will ask you to Save details. Click save.
 
 - Mark your account live
- Go to menu (Settings -> Trading Account)
 - Select the row of your a/c
 - Click Live button at the top
