No free trial after adding an account
Every new broker account gets a free one-month trial by default. But the trial is given per account and only once. If that account was added before and its trial was already used up, adding it again does not start a new trial — you need to recharge it to use it. Also remember the trial starts the moment you add the account, so the days count even if you do not use it.
When this happens
- 1 The account was added in the system before and its free trial was already used up. Re-adding it (by you or any user) does not give a new trial.
- 2 The trial starts the day you add the account, so the days keep counting even if you do not use the account or the system during the trial.
Why this happens
By default, every new broker account gets a free one-month trial.
The trial is given per account, only once. So if this account was added in the system before and its trial was already used up, adding it again does not start a fresh trial. This is true even if a different user re-adds the same account.
What to do
To use the account, recharge it. Once you recharge, the account is active again.
- See pricing and how to recharge.
- If recharge fails because of low balance, see Could not recharge account.
Good to know: the trial starts when you add the account
The free trial starts the moment you add the account. The system counts the trial days from that day.
- The days keep counting even if you do not use the account or the system during the trial.
- Once the trial is used up, we do not give another free trial for that account.
Tip: If an account still has trial days left and you recharge it, you do not lose those days — one month is added on top of the days you already have.
