Although it is rare, but broker systems do break down on some days. On such days, we have not option than to wait for the broker to resolve the issues.
If you are someone managing multiple trading accounts manually from our website & your accounts are across different brokers. You are likely to see system get stuck or simply loading continuously.
This is because you have selected “All Accounts” option. The system tries to load all accounts & due to one of your broker (which is having issues); you are not able to view data for other brokers as well.
Solution
- Create a Group Account for each of your broker
- Whenever one of your broker has a issue. Select other brokers from the dropdown as seen in the below picture.
- Also when placing order, you should use group accounts
