On rare occasions we do see this error. Only Zerodha’s tech team can answer as to why it is coming, but looking at the error we can guess that one of their internal service is timing out may be due to excess load etc. The cause primarily is one of Zerodha’s internal services have encountered an error.
- In general, you should simply retry; however retry carefully it if happened while placing an order
- If it happened while placing order, just check that your order was placed or not by refreshing orders. Retry the order only if it was not placed.
