In short

The User menu is in the top-right corner of AutoTrader Web — click your name (or the round icon showing the first letter of your name) to open it. It has three options: Account (your balance, payments, licenses and ledger), Profile (your personal details) and Change Password (a new sign-in password), plus Logout.

Where to find it

The User menu is in the top-right corner of AutoTrader Web. Click your name — or the round icon showing the first letter of your name — to open it. This is where you go to check your balance, add funds, recharge accounts and update your details.

The User menu has these options:

  • Account — your balance, payments, licenses and full ledger.
  • Profile — view and update your personal details.
  • Change Password — set a new AutoTrader Web sign-in password.
  • Logout — sign out of AutoTrader Web.

Change Password asks for your current password, so nothing is emailed and you stay signed in. If you have forgotten your current password, you cannot use this screen — sign out and use the Forgot or Reset Password link on the login page instead.

How do I change my AutoTrader Web sign-in password?▾

Open the **User** menu and click **Change Password**. Type your current password, then your new password twice, and save. Nothing is emailed and you stay signed in. Where do I change the password of my broker trading account?▾

That is a different password. Change it with your stock broker first, then open **Accounts → Trading Accounts**, click the pencil icon next to that account, type the new password and click Validate and Save.
