The User menu is in the top-right corner of AutoTrader Web — click your name (or the round icon showing the first letter of your name) to open it. It has two options: Account (your balance, payments, licenses and ledger) and Profile (your personal details).

Where to find it

The User menu is in the top-right corner of AutoTrader Web. Click your name — or the round icon showing the first letter of your name — to open it. This is where you go to check your balance, add funds, recharge accounts and update your details.

The User menu has these options:

  • Account — your balance, payments, licenses and full ledger.
  • Profile — view and update your personal details.
  • Logout — sign out of AutoTrader Web.
