In short
The Settings menu in AutoTrader Web is where you manage your preferences and access. It holds General preferences, Security (your API key and two-factor login), and My Proxies for static IPs. Your broker accounts live under the separate Accounts menu.
What the Settings menu does
The Settings menu lets you set up how AutoTrader Web works for you — default preferences, API access and security, and static-IP proxies.
Sub-menus
| Sub-menu | What it is for |
|---|---|
| General | General account preferences. |
| Security | Generate your API key and turn on two-factor login. |
| My Proxies | Manage static-IP proxies for your broker accounts. See Static IP Setup. |
Your broker accounts are under the Accounts menu
Adding and managing accounts moved to the Accounts menu:
- Trading Accounts — add and manage your broker trading accounts.
- Nicknames — give your trading accounts easy names (pseudo accounts).
- Group Accounts — group multiple accounts together.
